We focus on companies that are “not for sale.” These companies present the best opportunity for acquisition, merger, or investment. Because the target company has no preset price or transaction structure, the buyer has the freedom, based upon owner meetings and research to construct the offer that makes the most sense to all parties. Our methodology has proven to be successful across many industries.
  • We assess the buyer’s needs, and provide guidance on today’s business transfer environment, including valuation methods, comparable sale ratios, financing options, and strategies.
  • We use the best available public and private databases of businesses to select suitable candidates.
  • Each candidate is contacted, and further qualified for suitability to the buyer’s requirements. We do NOT use these discussions to solicit a listing agreement from any company we are directed to contact on behalf of our buyer client.
  • We assist in preparing the offer to purchase documents, and financial arrangements. We help negotiate the final purchase, and manage all events through closing.
